Janet Linn is an intellectual property litigator with substantial experience in complex patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright and antitrust actions. After spending 15 years at a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property, she joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in the intellectual property litigation group. For the past fifteen years, a substantial part of her practice has been intellectual property litigation and counseling life sciences companies on intellectual property issues. Ms.Linn has particular expertise in pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act and the interplay between FDA regulations, antitrust laws, and patent issues, having litigated more than a dozen Hatch-Waxman actions and defended antitrust class actions arising out of Hatch-Waxman litigations.
In 2007 and 2006, Ms. Linn was named a New York Super Lawyer in intellectual property litigation. She frequently writes and speaks on intellectual property issues relevant to life sciences companies.
